• Change toner cartridges and rest toner container only according to manufacturers instructions
• Do not open toner cartridges forcibly and keep them inaccessible for children
• Important: Let laser printer and copy machines service regularly
• Recommendation: Training of some employees in handling with laser printers and copy machines
