Payment & Shipping
Payment
The following payment options are available in our store. Individual arrangements and agreements are not listed here and can be coordinated directly with us.
Credit Card (VISA, Mastercard)
With the transmission of the order you indicate your credit card data. After identification as a legitimate cardholder, the payment process is automatically executed and charged to the card.
PayPal
You pay with your e-mail address and password using your existing Paypal account. For each purchase you have the choice to pay classically with your Paypal account or by direct debit with your bank account.
Invoice
The payment option "Invoice" is only available to our registered B2B customers, who will receive an invoice with a specific payment term when the goods are shipped. Individual arrangements are excluded.
Shipping
We deliver to all of Europe on request and will be happy to advise you on individual options.
Throughout Germany, we charge a flat transport fee / order of 4.90 EUR plus VAT.
Independently of the transport cost flat rate, a bulky goods surcharge is levied for articles that cannot be shipped in standard packages due to size or weight. This surcharge is displayed with the articles concerned and is exclusive of statutory value-added tax.
For orders that are to be shipped abroad, the shipping costs are based on the shipment weight and destination.
